Annual/Summertime Blue Details
If you purchase the Annual or Summertime Blue product, you must understand that exclusions relating to pre-existing conditions apply to each new trip.
Therefore, the effective date of the various benefits is taken into account for each departure and/or purchase.
3- All benefits - Other exclusions, limitations or reductions of coverage
It is important to understand that the travel insurance contract contains exclusions, limitations or reductions of coverage based on the benefit/travel insurance product that you purchase. All the exclusions and reductions of coverage are detailed in the travel insurance policy. You must read them before the effective date.
For example, if the purchased product contains Emergency medical care benefit or the Trip Cancellation or Interruption benefit, in addition to the exclusions related to pre-existing conditions, other exclusions apply, particularly hazardous sports or sports for remuneration, the abuse of medications, alcohol or drugs, wars or armed conflict. Moreover, only care or treatments that are covered by your government health and hospitalization plan are covered by this travel insurance. For example, treatment provided for esthetic purposes is excluded.
If the purchased product contains the Trip cancellation or interruption benefit, exclusions related to this benefit will apply. Therefore, for a trip cancellation or interruption claim to be accepted, the reason must be serious enough to cancel, change or interrupt the trip. The reason of the trip cancellation or interruption must not be known at the time of purchase of the insurance, nor appear under this benefit's exclusions and reductions of coverage.
If the selected product includes Baggage, Accidental Death or Dismemberment and Air Flight Accident benefits, other exclusions apply. For example, the maximum refundable amount is $300 per item for the Baggage benefit. As for the Accidental Death or Dismemberment and Air Flight Accident benefits, they include, among other things, exclusions relating to terrorism and the commission of a criminal act.
To be eligible for insurance, none of the insureds must:

4- Other exclusions and reductions of coverage
